I would like to let prospective customers about my experience with Exclusive Classics over the past 9 months.
I purchased my first car from this dealer in June 23 (See Testimonial) and the vehicle has been used for a wedding car with excellent reviews from parties that have hired it who are always very pleased with the quality and condition of the car. I had a problem with the suspension which was dealt with without issue through the warranty provided.
I have recently purchased a Mercedes S550 and what a beautiful car in every way and definitely a excellent addition to the wedding car business.
I am usually very critical when writing reviews but I can’t recommend this garage enough in all aspects of the service provided even to the point that they have stored the car for me due to some unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances something I don’t think would be accommodated from most dealers.
If you want to buy a prestigious low mileage car these are the people to use.

A few words regarding my recent purchase of the Mercedes Benz C class C200 Kompressor Avantgarde Sports Wagon.
I found the company “Exclusive Classic cars” whilst searching the internet for a reasonably priced Mercedes or Jaguar.
Looking at their web site I found few vehicles that appeared to fit the bill although to be honest I was a little bit sceptical. I was brought up with the old adage “If things look too good to be true, they probably are!”, well, in this case I was very wrong!
The descriptions of the vehicles and the amount of photographs to support their descriptions were excellent and as I found out, really did reflect the amazing condition of the vehicles themselves.
I 'E' mailed the company to arrange for a viewing of two Mercedes vehicles that were for sale. Diane answered the E mail very promptly and came in person when I went to view. Seeing the vehicles close up confirmed what Diane had put in the descriptions, the vehicles were exactly as described and were in astonishing condition. The car came with a full service history and documentation. The sale and collection was made very easy.
Upon collection a couple of minor issues (central locking related) became apparent but there was no problem, Diane booked the vehicle into an Independent garage and the faults are going to be rectified.
I should add, I was concerned that being a Japanese import to the UK, Insurance costs might be high, but I was very pleasantly surprised, no increase at all. I was also worried about the vehicle spec being different to the UK specification and making any spares hard to come by. I spoke to a Mercedes main dealer who re-assured me that the mechanical spec was the same.
I have seen cars that are less than 6 months old that are in far worse condition than my Mercedes, it looks like a new vehicle and all I can say is that I would not hesitate to recommend Diane and her company to anyone.
If you are in the market for a low mileage Mercedes or Jaguar, give Diane and her company a call, you will not be disappointed.
I shall certainly use them again.

Being a bit hesitant about buying a Japanese import and having done a lot of research as well as boring a lot of 'petrolheads' , I am so glad I went ahead with my purchase. I researched Exclusive Classic cars in Burton upon Trent and was overwhelmed by their reviews and vehicle stock. I met Diane and Dean who were both very knowledgable about the car I was interested in. I felt very relaxed and there was no pressure to buy.
The car was described as 'Excellent Condition". Upon seeing the car that was an understatement. The car was presented to me in better than showroom condition, it was spotless inside and out and had covered less than 16,000 miles from new. It came with a full service history from its one Japanese and one British owner. It is a thorough pleasure to drive and feels and smells brand new. The interior leather and walnut is unmarked.
I cannot recommend Exclusive Classics highly enough. Thank you for a beautiful motor and first class service. I wish you all well in sourcing these stunning cars.

I thought bit would be good to email my dealings with Diane and her company Exclusive Classic Cars
I was pondering on buying another car and when you trawl through the classified adverts or look in at dealership there isn’t a lot to inspire most of the modern stuff all looks the same you have to look hard to find out what make it is
Anyway I came upon there website and had a budget and low and behold there it was a Mercedes CLS 500 with 31,000 miles one owner car with full service history I took to the phone and spoke with Diane and asked the question condition of the car and her answer was as good as new the closest thing to a new car initially I took this with a piece of salt anyway after a couple of days I purchased the car and I paid for delivery which arrived a couple of days later and I have to say condition wise Diane was spot on it looks absolutely superb
I did have a couple of small issues but Diane was fair and honest I took the car to an independent who carried out the work to which Diane paid how many car dealers would do that without a fight
If you are in the market for a real good car and I mean real good give these guys a shout you will not be disappointed I will be using them again and telling people about them because dealers like this deserve the light to be shon upon them

I just wanted to thank you and Dean for the whole experience right from the first phone call I made. Regarding a very low mileage Japanese imported 1998 Jaguar XJ6, I considered.
You got back to me as soon as you could just a few hours later. Which gave a good first impression.
You were both very understanding throughout and didn't keep me hanging on regarding communications/updates, this was excellent!
Taking hold of the car was going to be a mission doing it by myself. But the option for transporting the car to my address overcame that.
So far the car has been going well (and I think it will for years to come!)

I will certainly consider coming back to you myself in the future, for possibly my next 'summer car'.
I must say in regards to a pleasant customer experience, main car dealers can't provide this. As I don't find them to be genuine. But I think Exclusive Classic Cars Ltd quite easily achieve this. And I have enjoyed the experience - because it is genuine.

My experience of your website and then dealing with you is very positive. The condition of the car was, if anything better than described and imaged. At the moment I could be described as like ‘a dog with two tails’. That I could describe a seventeen year old car as indistinguishable from ‘brand new’ is remarkable.
My only comment is that too many S types have serious corrosion of the sills hidden behind the plastic trims. I was alerted to this risk by a friendly garage owner and perhaps the condition of the sills and floors could be a strong selling point for you.
Buying from you was a very positive experience and I am willing to act as a ‘reference’ if necessary.

I just purchased a 2005 Jaguar XJ8 from Exclusive classics and am delighted with its immaculate condition.
The car is a Japanese import and I was initially wary of buying such a vehicle but after Diane took me through it's very comprehensive paperwork history and explained the process involved I was confident I should go ahead. Anyone considering such a step should have no fears when using her company.
I have to say, the car with its low 17000 miles is in first class condition and has been presented in immaculate, show condition by Diane and her team.

I can confirm that I bought this Jaguar in May 2022. I found Diane Bowman who was prompt, courteous, helpful and a plesasure to talk to.
